FFM, stands for Flow Form Technology, providing lightweight and high-performance. This process stretches and compresses the aluminum, which increases tensile strength, and effectively obtains excellent mechanical properties to improve safety and achieve lightweight.

Tilt casting
——
By using tilt casting technology, the alloy structure is more compact, and its mechanical properties are more stable. Assuming the same mass wheel, low pressure offers an increase in overall strength over gravity casting, perhaps 10-15%. Tilt casting gives another 20-25% over low pressure. If strength is equalized, the tilt cast will be about 10% lighter than the gravity cast.
Multi-roller vertical Flow forming technology
——
Flow forming technology ensures the roundness of the wheel, the wheel is rotated and stretched under high pressure, and the molding process improves the tightness of the aluminum alloy crystal structure, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the material and using less material to meet the higher requirements of the wheels.
